| She has graduated!! Way to go Matisyn! |
Mati has had a year of patience and humbling with her sport activities. Her expectations and her coaches expectations for volleyball never seemed to match up. She overcame her anger and played on for the team. What doesn't destroy us makes us stronger. Basketball season came with a sprained ACL and in a brace for the season to protect it from tearing. She is still working up to her full ability and playing with all her heart. Humility seems to be the area that God is working on. She is so busy with her school work, friends and sports that we rarely get to see her. I am so thankful that she has found some time to just sit and laugh with us. She is becoming quite the young lady. Finding out that life does not always go the way we want it to go. Our ways are not always His ways. Praying for continued wisdom for her to follow in His footsteps and remember who she was created to be.
