Crazy Week

Wow what a week.  Starting off with a snow day and changed the whole week for me.  My conference was postponed so I had to re-route my brain and thinking.  That was a challenge.  Kids enjoyed their day off.  Kenzi tried out for Misula Children's Theater and got a part as a knight in King Arthurs Quest.  That kept her busy all week.  Her performance on Saturday was fun to watch.  Amazing how the kids can learn all that in just a short 4 days.  She is now inspired to do more drama as she had such a great time.  Mati had ball games on thursday and Friday.  Both JV games she played well in.  Thursday night was shooting for Cancer night and they were all in pink.  It was cool to see everyone supporting Cancer awareness.  Myranda and Billy seemed to do well at school this week.  I started my class and need to get back into the swing of things.  Sometimes I wonder why I take on one more thing for myself when their is so much to keep up with with the kids.  Chuck did a couple games of refereeing in Ogallala.  He was sore but thankful for the exercise.  Today seems to be the day to test each others patience as tempers run a little high.  Need to focus on who we are in Christ and not who we are in ourselves.  Sundays seem to be hard on all of us.  Praying for wisdom and some comfort from angry words and tired children.
